As part of ensuring adequate transfer of EU experience and knowledge, the project will organise 4 training of trainers (ToT) workshops, 3 in Europe and 1 in Ghana. The training of trainers’ workshop will help build acquaintance with experience of EU in carrying out the mandate of the project. This is explained by the fact, that face-to-face practical training is the most efficient form of training. The project deems it as very important to study the experiences of each EU partner because all of them have similarities and uniqueness in their experiences and expertise.
