Transfer of EU Experience and Staff Training

2025-02-02

Training of the Ghanaian partners will take place in EU at SRZ, Int@E and SUA partner institutions. As part of ensuring adequate transfer of EU experience and knowledge, the project will organise 4 training of trainers (ToT) workshops, 3 in Europe and 1 in Ghana. The training of trainers’ workshop will help build acquaintance with experience of EU in carrying out the mandate of the project. This is explained by the fact, that face-to-face practical training is the most efficient form of training. The project deems it as very important to study the experiences of each EU partner because all of them have similarities and uniqueness in their experiences and expertise. The first cohort of training will take place in Slovak University of Agriculture (SUA) in Nitra with first 20 Ghanaian staff from Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED), Cape-Coast Technical University (CCTU) and Bolgatanga Technical University (BTU).
